The Greenpark Free Zone
We established The Green Park in Costa Rica with an ambitious goal: to be the first industrial park and free zone in Latin America environmentally sustainable from its original design, a virtue that makes us unique in our business area.
We seek to satisfy the expectations of our clients regarding a construction that maintains leadership in environmental sustainability practices, according to worldwide protection standards and preservation of natural resources. We developed and are in the building process of the first free zone in Latin America whose main activity revolves around environmental sustainability, combined with economic performance to benefit not only our customers but also society.
We have advanced steadily since the beginning of construction of our free zone, which will include more than 50 thousand square meters of roof and more than 19 thousand square meters of green area to protect and improve the use of natural resources.
