September 7, 2023. The largest multilingual job fair in the country returns, now for its virtual edition.
CINDE – Costa Rica's investment promotion private agency – will launch the virtual edition of their job fair, held from September 25 to October 1, through
www.cindejobs.com, an easily accessible platform, enabled 24 hours a day to create a single space for connection between companies and applicants.
The
Multilingual Virtual Job Fair belongs to the various talent initiatives that CINDE has positioned to link the Costa Rican population with
multinationals that the agency has attracted to
Costa Rica. For its seventh virtual edition, CINDE will also allow local companies to join and, thus, promote a greater number of employment opportunities.
Who Can Participate? This platform is the ideal recruitment tool for companies that wish to publicize availability for multilingual positions in areas such as technology, technical support, communications, marketing, human resources, and customer service in various languages, as well as in fields related to engineering, accounting and finance, economics, quality control and assurance, project management, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and graphic design, among others.
The scope of this fair and its trajectory will allow participating companies to source the best candidate profiles, for positions that range from entry-level and technicians to executives, specialists, and even managers.
CINDE-organized job fairs stand out as Costa Rica’s only multilingual job fairs, which, thanks to their partnership with Idioma Internacional and free application of the
BELT Language Tests, companies can verify applicants’ level of English, French, and Portuguese; an English test is a basic requirement for applicants to apply for a position.
BELT Language Tests certify a person’s language level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) scale, which is the most widely used standard in the world. In this way, the recruitment process is streamlined, bringing candidates closer to jobs that align with their command of foreign languages.
Among the virtual platform’s advantages, it affords added ease of access for both companies and applicants, security in data processing, interactive characteristics, and functionality that allows for applying to positions, according to language test results and as requested by the company. It also allows for interested parties to receive training to improve their employment profile.
Multinational and local companies interested in being part of this virtual edition can learn more details online, or by contacting companies@cindejobs.com. The deadline for registration is September 13.
The
previous edition of the Virtual Multilingual Job Fair registered more than 3,400 applicants for available positions.
