OPIA Joins Integra Testing Services, Connecting Costa Rica to an International Platform of Specialized Technical Services

San José. September 24th, 2026. OPIA, a Costa Rican company specializing in testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB), commissioning (Cx) and controlled environment certification, announced that it has joined Integra Testing Services, LLC, one of the largest independent providers of these services internationally.

With more than 19 years in operation, OPIA serves over 200 clients in 18 countries across the Americas and the Caribbean, in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, semiconductors, biotechnology, food processing and healthcare. Its work is backed by NEBB and ISO 9001:2015 standards and certifications, which remain in place following the integration.

The partnership expands access to additional technical resources, specialized expertise, advanced tools and industry best practices. For current clients, day-to-day operations, contractual commitments and service terms remain unchanged, with the same points of contact they know today. Luis Chinchilla continues as General Manager.
