Hellmann celebrates 10 years in Costa Rica and continues to grow in the country
• Approximately 50 positions will be created in the upcoming months due to business growth
San Jose, October 2nd, 2017. Hellmann, the services sector company, celebrated 10 years of operations in Costa Rica with plans to continue growing in its local operation.
The company established in the country thanks to the excellent business climate and the multilingual skills of the Costa Rican human talent. Today, the company has 110 employees developing activities related to finance and accounting through its service center.
Alexander Mora, Minister of Foreign Trade, congratulated the company and commented "Our country has a proven track record as a top destination for foreign direct investment, with competitive conditions and a healthy economic and political climate. These were some of the elements that made Hellmann bet on Costa Rica. During these years, we have seen the sustained growth of the company, showing its strong commitment and confidence, as well as the success of its business strategy. We are pleased to know that they have become the home of more than a hundred Costa Ricans, with the talent and capabilities required to deliver complex, sophisticated and high value-added services. We congratulate Hellman for its continued reinvestment in the country and expansion of its operations. From Costa Rica, the finance and accounting operations currently provide services to the United States and other parts of the American continent.
Darlene Recifi, Director of Hellmann's Services Center, said: "Our services center in Costa Rica has worked hard to consolidate different stages of the business over the course of time. We started our operations in this country 10 years ago trusting in the Costa Rican human talent and achieving great results during the time. We hope to continue consolidating our business from Costa Rica for many more years".
